Since its origination in July 1996, insights consulting, inc. has grown tremendously. We currently employ more than 20 behavioral consultants, who collectively provide behavioral supports to people through Medicaid Waivers, CHOICE, DOE wrap around contracts, ICF/MR group homes and private pay contracts.

In behavioral supports, our Behavioral Consultants support more than 400 people north to Kokomo and Muncie, east to Richmond, south to Madison and west to Rockville.

With a thirst for forward thinking, person centered values - insights was challenged to provide residential supports and did so in 2006. We continue to believe that each person deserves a fresh approach. We empower individuals and their staff toward more individualized outcomes - focusing on quality of life and independence at all levels.

Again in 2008, parents and stakeholders pushed for us to provide day services - completing the triad of support services in this industry. Megan Greek and Kelly Hartman co-founded Outside the Box, a not for profit agency that we consider our "baby sister."

We continue to be known as an agency that has a "hands on" person centered focus. At the very foundation of everything we do will always be the importance of prevention, and proactive thinking as we partner with people toward their personal success. We focus on capabilities, not disabilities.
