Susan Kinney began her employment with Insights in March 2009.  Her role with the organization has evolved from its conception as the face of the company in the receptionist role, to working as the Office Manager.  In this role she is in charge of client funds and benefits, office supply coordination, HR and fiscal support, office safety, and supervision of our invaluable part-time office supports. Prior to coming to Insights she worked in Human Resources at Indiana University and Wiley Publishing and taught Pre-school at the Goddard School.  She received her Bachelor’s degree in Human Development/Family Studies from Indiana University.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and teaching dance at the Pink Slipper Dance Studio.
