Karen Spangler has been providing services to individuals with disabilities for over 6 years. She began in the field as a QMRP and was then offered a job as a case manager for clients on the DD Waiver. After 4 years as a case manager and after completing her Master’s, she was offered a job as a Behavior Clinician where she has served for a little over a year. Karen really has a passion to work with individuals of all ages who are within the autism spectrum. She really loves working with mentally and developmentally challenged children in their home and in the school setting. Karen has a B.S.W. in Social Work, and a M.S.W. in Social Work.

Outside of work, she enjoys going to church, reading, playing the piano, exercising in the gym, riding her bike, scrap-booking family memories, spending time with friends and family, and at times just spending quiet time by herself.
