Throughout her 11 years with that company, Amy served in various capacities, including a Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapist, working with individuals with traumatic brain injury, a QMRP, a Group Home Manager and a Behavioral Consultant for the group home program. Amy earned her Master’s degree in 1995 in Counseling. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed School Counselor. Amy came to work for Insights Consulting in October of 2002. She enjoys the opportunity to work with both children and adults. Amy says that she is constantly inspired by the amazing individuals she support. She hopes that they learn as much from her as she learns from them. She feels strongly that behavioral support should be very positively focused and aimed at discovering and building upon a person’s strengths.

After 4 years as a Behavioral Consultant, Amy was named Director of Behavioral Supports in 2006.
